Digital Products - Fulfillment Information
Digital products will be fulfilled as soon as payment has been successfully processed. Following purchase, you'll be redirected to a page where you can download your spiffy new goody; you'll also receive an email with a link that will allow you to re-download as needed. You'll be notified via email if / when we make updates to your product, so be sure to whitelist our emails and keep an eye out for them!
Physical Products - Shipping Information
Prints & Posters
Items are printed to order, which is what allows us so much flexibility in the design, but it does add a couple of days to the processing time. Please contact us prior to placing the order if you require rush shipping.
Most prints are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube to keep them protected in transit.
Posters typically ship within five business days after the order was placed, and ship via the method chosen at checkout. If you require expedited shipping and the option isn't available, please email us and we'll get you taken care of ASAP.
All Other Items
Most of our products are printed on demand, which is what allows us so much flexibility in the design, so please be patient while your awesome new stuff is created. Items typically ship within five business days, but given the current global health situation, they can take up to twelve, depending on the item, stock availability and order volume.
If you are concerned about processing time, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to inquire about any backlogs or potential delays. Once shipped, the transit time varies based on the shipping speed selected.
USPS First Class Package
-Delivery within three to five business days following ship date
-Only available for packages under one pound (i.e. prints)
-Delivery within 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Express
-Overnight or two day delivery
Please keep in mind that the transit times above do not include processing time. For example, an order with USPS Priority shipping would be shipped within three to twelve days following the day the order was placed, then delivered within three to five business days.

Refunds, returns & exchanges for digital items
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any instant downloads or other digital goods. That said, your satisfaction is my utmost priority - if you encounter any issues with your product, I will always do my best to make it right. Please email me and let's discuss what we can do to resolve the problem.
Refunds, returns & exchanges for physical items
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is a defect with the product; clothing returns and exchanges due to sizing issues are also accepted. Just contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of delivery and ship items back within ten days of delivery. Some things to keep in mind:
1. Contact me within five days of delivery to request a return. In most cases, a prepaid return label will be provided to you.
2. Ship items back within ten days of delivery; feel free to use the original packaging, but be sure to use something that will protect the product.
3. If you are reporting a damaged item, please provide photos of the item and packaging and state your desired recourse (refund or return + exchange). We'll happily provide a prepaid return label for items that arrive damaged or defective.
4. Items should be returned in new condition (unless it arrived damaged/defective). If an item is returned in less than new condition for any reason other than damage, a restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
5. Refunds will be processed within three business days following delivery of the item back to us; keep in mind that it may take several additional business days for your financial institution to receive the refund and credit your account. Exchange items will be shipped within three business days of receiving the returned item back in our office.

All returns / exchanges are accepted at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of the items, we cannot refund any orders for pre-made or custom branding, or other digital products. We also cannot accept returns/cancellations or provide refunds for custom or personalized orders, perishable products, intimate items, or items on sale/clearance.
Unfortunately, we typically cannot accept order cancellations. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if something comes up and you feel you need to cancel your order. Cancellations may be approved at our sole discretion.
Condition of return
We will happily provide prepaid return labels for items that arrived damaged or defective. Buyers may be responsible for return shipping on clothing items that are being exchanged due to sizing. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed and/or exchange items sent out within three business days of receiving an item back to our store.
Who pays customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
